How can I place an order on the website?

e. Once all your details are filled correctly, click on "Continue" to proceed to payment details.

What is your return policy?
Wattle Castillo can accept any return only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or is defective. In such cases, the product should be in an unused and undamaged condition. The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice as well. Other than that, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered.

What are the various Payment options available?
We use 100% secure payment gateway service through razorpay where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking or Wallet money. We also offer Cash On Delivery with additonal charge of Rs. 50/- on every order.

Order ID is the unique order number that gets generated when you place an order on our website.

How will the refund be given?
The amount to be refunded will be transfered to the same payment mode through which the payment had been made by the customer. It takes 5-7 business days to the refund to reflect in the customer's account as per the bank policy.
